Shipping policy

I will always package your order as safely and securely as possible, but can not be responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. Customers will be provided with tracking once your order is ready to ship. Shipping carriers may include USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

Marcie's SubtleCrafts & More is not responsible for stolen packages.

To keep costs down for the customers, we pay for part of shipping. So rather than paying $5.99 - $10.99 per item like other marketplaces, the more you buy the less you pay. Orders over $300 get free shipping in the USA. 

An estimated time frame for domestic orders is as follows:
Processing of all orders takes 2-4 business days. For graphics, custom items, and prints, each order is printed as the order comes in, so please allow a few days to process and print. We do not process orders on the weekends. We assign tracking numbers straight away to orders, and this does not always mean the package has shipped that day. 

Shipping times generally take 2-8 business days for domestic items.These are estimates and not guarantees.
