Returns and Exchange Policy

All items are handcrafted and may contain minor imperfections. While I strive to make my customers happy with products created with the highest quality products available, I will not accept returns or exchanges based on variations and minor imperfections that are within nature of handcrafted products. Please reach out to our customer service team with additional questions or concerns. 
All colors and finishes are represented as accurately as possible but due to screen variations and the fact that no two products can be made exactly the same, colors and variations may be slightly different in person.

If any of your items arrive damaged or mis-happen, please let us know within 5 days of confirmation of your delivery receipt so that we can address the issue. Due to the nature of our business, and many of our items are made-to-order, we do not issue refunds.

We will review your request of damaged or incorrect items upon photos receipts of items. Replacements will be sent out only when photos are received and must be sent within 5 days of confimation of delivery receipt.
 
Items marked delivered claimed as not received by customer will open investigation with local post office.Â
